It is our corporate goal to become employee owned. Shares are offered to our staff after 2 years of service. All our shares are voting shares; you have a say in where your company is going.
Salary and Bonus Plan
We maintain competitive base salaries and reward performance with an annual bonus. We work hard to ensure our staff are fairly compensated.
Hours of Work and Paid Time Off
We offer competitive vacation and sick time allowances as part of your compensation package. In addition, overtime can be banked to establish a pool of hours that can be taken as additional time off.
Group Benefit Plan
Our competitive benefit plan includes life insurance, dependant life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, and long term disability.
Our extended health care covers a variety of expenses including an 80% recovery drug plan, eye wear coverage, out of country coverage, and various specialized services. We also maintain 80% coverage for basic dental care.

Our contribution matching program helps you prepare for your future. Contribution percentages increase based on years of service.
Training and Trade Memberships
Because we strongly encourage training and continued education; cost sharing and reimbursement policies are in place.
Trade memberships in provincial professional organizations in your province of employment are covered by the firm. Additional memberships are reviewed on an individual basis.
Fitness Club/Health Program Membership
We value our employees’ health; we will co-sponsor the cost of an employee’s fitness club or health program.
