Sarah Burghardt
Manager, Human Resources

Sarah Burghardt provides overall leadership to the Human Resources department in pursuit of A. D. Williams Engineering’s strategic goals. She leads the company's recruitment and retention initiatives, including the development and maintenance of our Career Path and corporate training programs.

Sarah joined the Edmonton branch Administrative group in May 2002. In June 2003 she transferred to the Corporate office in the capacity of Executive Assistant to the President. She has steadily built her knowledge and reputation within the company and in February 2007 became responsible for the development and leadership of our Human Resources department.
